Interesting idea, but I won’t be trying it. I prefer to eat “real” ice cream. I’m not convinced that light ice cream is healthier. My own “policy” has always been to eat healthy, to exercise regularly, and to enjoy desserts on occasion. When I do eat desserts, I pick ones that I truly love (shortbread, dark chocolate, cheesecake)…and then I skip other desserts that aren’t as “exciting” throughout the week.
