Back Pain Be Gone! Rally For Relief With ThermaCare Giveaway

No pain no gain right? At least that’s what my husband tells me after I’ve finished a fitness class at the gym, walked all over ~~New York London Montreal~~ the city we happen to be traveling in, or attempted to keep up with two young kids at Disneyland. I expect varying degrees of physical activity to result in some degree of discomfort. But there have been times when the pain is more than I can bear.

I have a history of intermittent low back pain, and everything from pregnancy to sitting on a plane for 6 hours can trigger an exacerbation. Strenuous exercise is typically the trigger. The remedy?
