See an Advanced Screening of Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return In One of 15 Cities *Giveaway*

L. Frank Baum’s treasured stories about the Land of Oz have been adapted and interpreted for both the screen and the stage throughout the years.  The vibrant backdrop of Oz and Baum’s beloved characters continue to engage audiences both young and old.   One of the reasons I loved the stage adaptation was the added insight I gleaned into the witches of Oz. In the latest 3D-animated musical film Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return, one of the world’s beloved most beloved fairy tales continues as audiences follow Dorothy on a brand new adventure back to Oz.

Based on L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and Roger Stanton Baum’s Dorothy of Oz, Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return opens with Dorothy having just returned to her home in Kansas. Almost immediately, she is transported back to Oz via a magical rainbow mover only to discover that Jester, the cunning brother of the Wicked With of the West, is taking the Land of Oz.  Dorothy’s endeavor to stop the Jester is met with obstacles and she seeks the help of Wiser the owl, Marshal Mallow, China Princess and Tugg the tugboat to help restore order and happiness to the magical land of Oz.

This weekend, we’ll be premiering the film in Hollywood + I’ll be posting a delicious, engaging recipe inspired by the film.

In anticipation of the film’s release on May 9th, 2014, I have partnered to offer 15 families the opportunity to screen the film before it’s release.  Here are the details for the pre-release screening of Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return:
