Throughout the seasons, tea is my go-to drink for relaxing before bed at night and getting  my mornings off to a vibrant start. But beyond the sleepiness afforded by drinking chamomile tea or the rejuvenating and not-too-stimulating caffeine fix of black teas, there are so many incredible benefits to drinking tea.  Everything from improved digestion to lowering cancer risk has been linked to regular consumption of tea due to its inherent flavonoid antioxidants.

I have a small section in my pantry dedicated to the teas I’ve purchased both locally and around the world and I drink them according to my mood at that moment. I never add sugar to my teas, but this one in particularly is perfect as is since the apple, caramel, and cinnamon all afford the tea a natural, subtle sweetness.   41. I’ve never tried celestial seasonings but I think i’d like sleepy time vanilla , sleigh ride or bengal spice.
