Join Chef Wolfgang Puck & the Macy’s Culinary Council For a Free Cooking Demo

Despite the fact that I’ve been working on my culinary skills, my husband still teases me about needing cooking lessons.  I am a total foodie so I often have these really great recipe ideas, but lack the time or patience to see them through. While cooking lessons would likely beef up my culinary aptitude, I learn in engaging, hands-on types of settings where the focus is on teaching practical skills that can easily be applied at home.

Macy’s Culinary Council is an awesome resource for those looking to glean cooking tips from the pros.  Comprised of some of the most notable chefs in the country, this national culinary authority offers expert advice, leads cooking demonstrations inside local Macy’s stores, and teaches consumers how to cook and shop like a master chef.

This Saturday, October 5th, 2013, Wolfgang Puck will lead an awesome demonstration in Costa Mesa, California.  His approach to food has always been a favorite of mine and I frequent our local restaurant often.  This is a demo you don’t want to miss! Known for his innovative cooking style, Wolfgang Puck will lead a demo in honor of the 10th anniversary of Macy’s Culinary Council.  Here are the details for Saturday’s free event:

What:  Cooking demo with Wolfgang Puck

When: Saturday, October 5th, 2013 at 2 pm

Where: Macy’s South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bristol St  Costa Mesa, CA 92626, Demo Kitchen Level 1

Cost: Free

During the demo, if you purchase $35 in the Home Department, you’ll receive a seat for the demo, a $10 Macy’s Gift Card, a copy of Chef Puck’s cookbook, and a Macy’s Culinary Council cookbook.
