For the past few weeks I’ve been traveling, which means I’ve been incredibly lax about my fitness routine and healthy eating plan. Traveling, as glamorous and exciting as it seems, can be stressful and at times, lonely. I am the type of person that needs community and engagement, particularly when it comes to sticking to my wellness goals.
Online communities like BeeWell For Life offer the support and resources I need to get back on track. Bumble Bee Foods recently released their latest webisode which features US Tennis Player Mardy Fish and Chef Scott Leibfried discussing ways we can live a healthier lifestyle. One of the things I valued in the video was the emphasis on living life in a healthy, simplistic way without the need for extreme workouts or dieting.
In the coming weeks, I’ll have some new recipes to share with you as we prepare to enter the holiday season. For now, be inspired by Mardy Fish!
