Thanksgiving with my husband’s family is a tradition, but with everything that has happened within my own family, we felt it would be best to stick close to home. Before my husband and I knew each other, Black Friday shopping with my mom was a tradition…a staple…a must! Once we started spending Thanksgiving in the Southeast, shopping lost some of it’s appeal. Our focus was on spending time with family we see somewhat infrequently and in all honesty, shopping over there is not the same as shopping here in Southern California. Since we’re keeping our celebration low-key this year, I’ve decided that Friday is the day to shop! I have a list, I’m checking it twice, and I’m heading to Walmart for their incredible Black Friday specials. Now, you won’t see me spending the night camped out at the store or even waking up at 5 am, but I will definitely be shopping to see how much I can accomplish.
Walmart’s Black Friday ad has been revealed! Have you seen it? Not only will there be specials on Friday, there will be specials on Thursday at 10 pm and Friday at 12 am. So here is what you can expect:
Samsung LCD televisions and Plasma HDTV televisions (will likely sell out!)
Amazon Kindle for just $79
HP Laptop for just $388
Wii Limited Edition Blue Console for just $99.96 (WOW!)
Be sure to visit Walmart and Walmart.com for pre-Black Friday specials like this Apple iPad 2 which starts at just $499. Thursday’s sale will focus on Toys, with Friday’s sales focusing on Electronics.
What are you shopping for this week? Be sure to come back this week for my best tips on navigating Black Friday!
