As part of our journey towards sustainability, we strive to purchase locally grown items, particularly produce. We are fortunate to have access to local farmer’s markets which offer seasonal, locally-sourced produce and other goods.
If you happen to be local, The Langham Huntinton in Pasadena is hosting a Farm to Table Dinner to showcase seasonal produce from local farms including Heirloom Tomatoes. Chef Erik Schuster, from the hotel’s Terrace restaurant, will create a five-course tasting menu featuring the above in creative ways. He will also pair these dishes with a variety of wines.
