Last year, around this time, we took our little boy to see Disney On Ice: Worlds of Fantasy. The winter just seems like the perfect time to see a show involving ice skating.
On December 15th, Disney On Ice skates into Southern California for a three-week run which will include performances at Staples Center, Honda Center, Citizens Business Bank Arena and Long Beach Arena. Here is a quick summary of the show (since it hasn’t opened yet):
Disney On Ice presents Let’s Celebrate! features a magical medley of holidays, celebrations and festivals from around the globe and is set to a blend of contemporary music and favorite Disney songs. Join Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse as they as they celebrate “the most wonderful time of the year” with a winter wonderland featuring Woody, Jessie and Buzz Lightyear; plus other fun-filled holidays including a Very Merry UnBirthday Party with Alice and the Mad Hatter; a Royal Valentine’s Day Ball with the Disney Princesses; Mardi Gras with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen; a Cherry Blossom Festival with Minnie Mouse; a Hawaiian luau with Lilo & Stitch; a Halloween haunt with the Disney Villains; and more.
Tickets to Disney On Ice are on sale now and start at just $16. If you use the code MOM when ordering tickets via phone (800.745.3000) or website, you’ll receive a family four-pack of tickets for $48 ($12/ticket).
Stay tuned for my complete review of the show.
