Earlier this summer, Orange County saw it’s first ever Kid’s Restaurant Week, put on by the Orange County Restaurant Association. Starting September 26th, over 100 restaurants will participate in Orange County Restaurant Week. The event will launch with a Kick-Off party at Prego Ristorante in Irvine on the 26th from 4 p.m-6 p.m. Guests will taste some of the many flavors of the Prego and JILL-FM (92.7 FM) will broadcast live from the restaurant. The event is free to the public.
If you like good food, Orange County Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to try something new. Participating restaurants will offer special three-course menus in three price categories: Lunch at $10, $15, or $20 and Dinner at $20, $30, or $40. Many of the menus are already up so I recommend stopping over to check them out. To view the complete list of participating restaurants or to make a reservation, just visit their website.
