My son co-slept with us for almost a year and a half before we both realized that he needed more space. Because we waited so long, the transition was (and still is at times) rough. It took a lot of patience and creativity to finally get to the point where he sleeps in his toddler bed on most days. For children who have difficulty sleeping without their mommy, a lovey can be a great way to transition to being a “big” boy or girl while still offering security. This Little Blanky is small enough for tots to bring with them on the go, while still offering a, luxurious blanket to sleep with. I love how soft it is, particularly because my daughter’s skin is still so soft and sensitive.
