Disney On Ice - Mickey's Search Party

Mickey Mouse celebrates his 91st birthday today, so I thought it would be fitting to share all about Disney On Ice’s brand new show starring Mickey himself! Mickey’s Search Party will perform in Southern California this season, featuring a mix of athleticism, acrobatics, and aerial stunts that will take ice skating to new heights.

Disney On Ice Presents Mickey’s Search Party

Mickey’s Search Party is a brand new production that will immerse families in the worlds of Disney-Pixar’s Coco, Frozen, Moana, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Toy Story and The Little Mermaid. The show brings the magic close to the audience through engaging elements that take place on the ice, in the air, and in the seats!

The show begins with a quest headed up by Mickey Mouse and his friends as they follow Captain Hook’s treasure map for clues to find Tinker Bell. The next set brings audiences across the Marigold Bridge with Miguel into the magnificent, mystical Land of the Dead. This vibrant performance features skeletons atop sway poles dancing over the audience in a cultural celebration of family.

Frozen 2 is slated to debut in theaters this holiday season, and in this production, families will travel to the world of Arendelle. Sing along with Elsa as she creates a kaleidoscope of crystals to build her ice palace.

Audiences will also be immersed in the worlds of Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, Aladdin, Toy Story, and The Little Mermaid in Mickey’s Search party. Watch as Belle is lifted into the sky when the enchanted chandelier comes to life. Board the Jolly Roger and be amused by the hilarious pirates flipping, tumbling, and twisting on air tracks, stilts, and more to showcase their talents for Captain Hook. Sail away with Moana on her daring voyage across the ocean as she displays bravery in her encounter with Te Ka.
