I freely admit that I am looking forward to that glorious day when I toss the very last diaper from this house! It’s not that I don’t enjoy having babies. In fact, I’m seriously going to miss the baby stage…just not the diaper part of that stage!
One of our biggest expenses is diapers, wipes, creams, and other baby essentials. I cut coupons, comparison shop, and buy diapers in bulk to try to get that cost down just a bit. Sam’s Club recognizes the expense and necessity of baby essentials, and throughout February, they’re offering a $10 Sam’s Club Gift Card (to be used for future purchases) when you purchase two of the following items between February 1st and February 29th:

My best tip for saving money is…don’t spend it. If you don’t have a list of needed items, don’t go to the store. Don’t window shop, don’t shop online. Don’t do anything that will tempt you to impulse buy. If you do have a list of needed items, only take enough cash with you to purchase those items on the list. Paying with cash ups the “pain factor.” It really hurts to hand over cold hard cash for purchases, and I find its easier to leave those impulse buys on the shelf when I ask myself “am I willing to spend money I worked hard to earn for ___(whatever the item is).
