In the coming weeks, I have at least 3 parties to plan..and I am aiming to do some of the food preparation myself.  Since our summers are extremely warm, I try to serve “cold” foods when entertaining. I like to transform ordinary salads into meals. And that’s just what Chef Scott Leibfried does with his two tuna-themed recipes:  Salmon and Cucumber Salad and Italian Tuna Salad.

Bumble Bee currently has six tuna-themed recipes by Chef Scott Leibfried and they’re still adding to the collection.
