Now that our homes are starting to sparkle, we can’t forget to make sure they smell lovely too. One of my favorite things to do is light a candle. I just love candles. I love the ambiance they bring to a room. I love their subtle way of emitting a scent. I love the way they eliminate pungent odors. And I am definitely loving the way my home smells with Febreze’s new Hawaiian Aloha candle from their brand new Destinations Collection.

I recently had the opportunity to test out some products from Febreze’s new exotic line called Destinations. Here is a little more information about the new line of products from the site:

The Febreze Destinations Collection offers three great fragrances inspired by scents from around the world – Hawaiian Aloha, Brazilian Carnaval and Moroccan Bazaar. These exotic scents awaken the senses and give the home a feeling of renewal.

I received three different products in three different scents from the line. My favorite is definitely the Hawaiian Aloha candle. It has a sweet, citrusy smell (inspired by the yellow Hibiscus) and can burn up to 30 hours eliminating odors and freshening your home. It’s the perfect scent for the bathroom. If you have strong smells that you want to eliminate quickly (I’m thinking burnt popcorn or stinky bathrooms), you may want to try Febreze Air Effects. I received the Brazilian Carnaval scent (inspired by the green Acai berry) and find the scent to be the most subtle of the three. It smells like sweet berries and the product literally sweeps away odors. If you want a long-lasting scent, try NOTICEables Oil Warmers. They last for 30 days and alternate between two different complimentary scents all day. I received the Moroccan Bazaar scent (inspired by fresh-ground ginger and nutmeg) and think this is perfect for the kitchen. I love Febreze products! I cannot get enough of the Air Effects spray in Lavender and Vanilla Comfort. I am so in love with that scent that I am looking at independent internet bath and body companies and looking at which possible products I can buy in a duplicate fragrance! Currently, I have the Air Effects and the regular Febreze spray in Lavender and Vanilla comfort. I always like to keep some on hand, since my apartment is small and is easy to “stink up” after some cooking!
