Mommy Aerobics

Work out? Who has the time or energy to work out? I think I’m doing just fine!
Here is my daily workout routine:
Climbing over the baby gate.
Target areas: Gluts, hams/quads. Remember to keep that tummy tucked in.
Caloric equivalent to the mini almond joy I saved from Mickey’s Trick or Treat Party.
Running after my son ALL DAY LONG.
Target: Cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
Caloric equivalent to the pizza I’m craving.
Carrying my son while I do laundry, dishes, and other necessary cinderella-like household chores.
Target areas: Deltoids, biceps, triceps, shoulders. Be sure to alternate arms so that you don’t look like a lopsided Popeye.
Caloric equivalent: Nothing. You’d have to do way more of these than physically possible to realize any measurable benefit!
