Strawberry Lemonade Frosting
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter at room temperature
  • 16 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree
Instructions
  1. Using a stand mixer, beat butter on high until light and fluffy.
  2. Add cream cheese and continue to beat until well combined.
  3. Mix powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract, lemon juice and strawberry puree until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate.
