Coquito Recipe (Puerto Rican Eggnog)
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1.5 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp . cinnamon
  • Coconut flakes
  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Pour into a serving carafe and refrigerate well (overnight is best).
  3. Serve in small glassware, top with froth, and a dash of cloves and cinnamon stick for fragrance.
  4. To adorn with coconut flakes, dry on a paper towel
  5. Coat one side of the glassware with agave nectar and dip into the coconut flakes
  6. Fill glass 3/4 full with Coquito.
