Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Donuts Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar if you prefer your donuts on the sweeter side, use 1 cup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions
  1. Cream together butter and sugar
  2. Beat in eggs
  3. Stir in vanilla extract
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder and cream of tartar
  5. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture and mix until combined
  6. Bake donuts according to your donut maker's instructions
  7. Allow donuts to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar or glaze
