										Sauté the ground turkey breast in olive oil

										Optional Sauté green bell pepper, onion and garlic with ground turkey breast

										Prepare dried beans by soaking in filtered water for 6-8 hours and simmering on low-medium heat for 1-2 hours 
- 
										Combine turkey breast, tomatoes, beans, pumpkin puree, and spices in Crock-Pot 
- 
										Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours 
- 
										Serve with sour cream and fresh, chopped chives
