Creamy Goat Cheese Sauce
Ingredients

ounces
soft goat cheese
1/2
cup
half and half
3
tablespoons
chives
chopped
Instructions
In a saucepan over low-medium heat, warm cheese and half and half until they whip together smoothly
Whisk until it makes a thick, creamy sauce
Remove from heat and fold in chives
Set aside for plating
