Cioppino Recipe
Ingredients

olive oil

cup
onion
chopped

garlic cloves
finely chopped

tablespoons
of parsley
chopped
2
red potatoes
cubed
1-2
carrots
chopped
1/2

dry white wine
cooking wine
16
ounce
can of tomato sauce
1/2
cup
water
1
teaspoon
of salt
to taste
1/2
teaspoon
of black pepper
to taste
Dash of crushed red pepper
to taste
Fresh or frozen shrimp
or seafood of choice, scallops, and salmon
Instructions
In a large pot with lid, sauté onion, garlic, and parsley in olive oil over medium heat until onions are soft
Add remaining ingredients except seafood and simmer for 30 minutes
Add fish and simmer for 20-25 minutes
Serve immediately
