Recipe: Blood Orange Sorbet
Ingredients
  • 10 Blood Oranges
  • 1/2 cup of Agave Nectar You could cut this down, depending on how sweet the oranges are
  • 2 Persian Limes
Instructions
  1. Juice the oranges
  2. Reserve a slice of rind for garnish, if desired
  3. Juice the limes
  4. Strain
  5. Combine agave nectar and the juice of the oranges and limes
  6. Chill for approximately 2 hours
  7. Run the mixture through your ice cream maker, according to the directions
  8. Garnish with fresh orange rind
