6 Ingredient Salmon Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 2.5 ounce package of pink salmon
  • 3 T Greek cream cheese
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers for serving
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor until smooth
  2. Spoon salmon mixture into a piping bag (you can also use a plastic bag with the corner cut off) with a #1M decorating tip
  3. Place bag in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes
  4. Pipe a small amount of salmon mousse onto the center of each cracker
  5. Garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill, if desired
  6. Serve immediately
