Pumpkin Cheese Ball
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup chives diced
  • 1 bell pepper with a long stem
  • 1 cup cheese crackers
  1. Use a food processor to process cheese crackers until finely ground.

  2. Combine the cream cheese with cheddar cheese and chives.

  3. Mold the mixture into a ball and flatten to resemble the shape of a pumpkin. Place in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.

  4. Carefully roll the cheese ball in the cheese crackers.

  5. Top the cheese ball with the stem of a green bell pepper.

  6. Use a clean piece of yarn to create 4 pumpkin indentations, starting from the top down to the bottom.

  7. Serve your pumpkin cheese ball with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
