Ingredients
  • 32 ounces freshly brewed coffee chilled
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
  • simple syrup if desired
Instructions
  1. Whip the cream until thick, but do not allow stiff peaks to form

  2. Stir in the salt

  3. Sweeten coffee with simple syrup, if desired

  4. Serve chilled coffee over ice

  5. Top with salted cream
