Gluten Free Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. World Port Seafood Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 8 ounces gluten-free linguine
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat

  2. Cook garlic for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly softened

  3. Add shrimp, salt and pepper; cook, turning once, for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink

  4. Transfer to plate. 

  5. Stir white wine and lemon juice into pan; bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes

  6. Swirl butter into pan; return shrimp to pan. 

  7. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat

  8. Sprinkle with parsley

  9. Serve over gluten-free pasta
