Ingredients
  • 10-12 Large Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 3.5 ounce bar of Dark Chocolate I used Ghirardelli's Intense Dark 60% Cacao Evening Dream Bar
  • Fresh Whipped Cream Heavy Whipping Cream whipped with Powdered Sugar
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil heavy whipping cream (avoid scorching)
  2. Pour over dark chocolate pieces
  3. Whisk until smooth
  4. Cool
  5. Hull strawberries
  6. Fill with Ganache
  7. Top with fresh whipped cream and mint leaves
