Recipe: Blueberry Preserves
Ingredients
  • 1 pint of blueberries approximately 6 ounces
  • 1/4 cup dark honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Using a fork, crush washed blueberries
  2. In a medium-sized pot over low heat, cook blueberries, honey, and lemon juice until thickened
  3. Remember that the preserves will continue to thicken once cooled
