Recipe: Strawberry Gazpacho Soup

of Fresh California Strawberries
washed, hulled, and sliced

Roma Tomatoes
seeded and chopped

cloves
garlic
chopped

English Cucumber

red wine vinegar
salt & pepper
to taste
Garnish:
1/2
Red Pepper
finely chopped
2-3
Green Onions
finely chopped
1/4
English Cucumber
finely chopped

California Strawberries
finely chopped
A drizzle of Olive Oil
Instructions
To make the gazpacho soup, simple combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor
Combine all chopped ingredients for the garnish in a separate bowl
Serve soup chilled
Top with garnish and a drizzle of olive oil
