Leftover Turkey Stew Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast chopped
  • 1 cup mirapoix celery, onions, carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup prepared green beans chopped
  • 1 cup prepared rosemary potatoes chopped
  • 32 ounces of low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Sauté mirapoix in olive oil until vegetables are tender but not browned
  2. Place all ingredients in a large stockpot and simmer for 30 minutes
  3. Serve immediately
