Leftover Turkey Stew Recipe
Ingredients

cooked turkey breast
chopped

cup
mirapoix
celery, onions, carrots, chopped

cup
prepared green beans
chopped
1
cup
prepared rosemary potatoes
chopped
32
ounces
of low sodium chicken or vegetable broth

Tablespoon
of Olive Oil
Instructions
Sauté mirapoix in olive oil until vegetables are tender but not browned
Place all ingredients in a large stockpot and simmer for 30 minutes
Serve immediately
