Rice Krispies Gold Medals
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat
  3. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated
  4. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture evenly into a 13x9x2 inch pan coated with cooking spray
  5. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares
