Red Pepper Hummus Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 can of Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Garbanzo Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon seeded
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 red bell pepper coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion coarsely chopped
  • Paprika for garnish
Instructions
  1. Using a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice until smooth (be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl)
  2. Add olive oil, garlic, and spices and continue to process
  3. Add garbanzo beans and continue to process
  4. Add red pepper and onion and process until smooth
  5. Serve with pita chips or Chapati with a dash of paprika
