Pomegranate Lychee Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
  • 2 cans of whole lychees drained
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 16- ounce bottle of pomegranate juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 egg white
Instructions
  1. Using a food processor, puree lychees with simple syrup, pomegranate juice, and lime
  2. Strain mixture
  3. Fold in egg white by hand
  4. Run mixture through your ice cream maker per the manufacturer's instructions
  5. Top with pomegranate arils, if desired
