Ice Cream Tacos
Ingredients
  • 4 Specially Selected Anise Pizzelle Cookies
  • 2 cups of Specially Selected Ice Cream in the flavors of your choice
  • Toppings chocolate shavings, crushed pistachios, shaved coconut
Instructions
  1. Heat each Pizzelle Cookie in the microwave for 45 seconds
  2. Shape each cookie immediately into a taco using care during handling as the cookie will be hot
  3. Scoop 1/2 cup of ice cream into each taco
  4. Top with desired toppings
  5. Serve immediately
