<p>Here is my daily workout routine:</p>
<p>Climbing over the baby gate.</p>
<p>Target areas:  Gluts, hams/quads.  Remember to keep that tummy tucked in.</p>
<p>Caloric equivalent to the mini almond joy I saved from <a href="http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/calendar/specialEvents/detail?name=HalloweenTimeSpecialEventPage">Mickey&#8217;s Trick or Treat Party</a>.</p>
<p>Running after my son ALL DAY LONG.</p>
<p>Target: Cardiovascular fitness and endurance.</p>
<p>Caloric equivalent to the pizza I&#8217;m craving.</p>
<p>Carrying my son while I do laundry, dishes, and other necessary <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">cinderella-like</span> household chores.</p>
<p>Target areas:  Deltoids, biceps, triceps, shoulders.  Be sure to alternate arms so that you don&#8217;t look like a lopsided <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popeye">Popeye</a>.</p>
<p>Caloric equivalent:  Nothing.  You&#8217;d have to do way more of these than physically possible to realize any measurable benefit!</p>
