Love is in the air! February is the month devoted to showing those closest to you how much you care for them. Red, white, and pink decor abound, and very soon, flower and chocolate shops will see an influx of last minute shoppers, in search of the perfect expression of their affection. In January, Cirque du Soleil's OVO will debut under the big top at the Santa Monica Pier. If there is any show that would be appropriate for children, I would venture to say it's this one. OVO takes guests into the world of insects as they work, eat, play, and fight. I was reading about the show earlier this week and was very intrigued.
This Saturday, Decembe... Read More »

After watching the film Night at the Museum, I walked away thinking about all the places I'd like to visit "after hours." Wouldn't it be neat to visit Disneyland, a working theater, or the zoo after dark? I think San Diego Zoo Safari Park was one step ahead of the game when they developed their Roar and Snore Safari.
You may remember that I recently wrote brief... Read More »
