What are your plans this summer?  Splashing at the pool or your local beach?  Learning and discovering at your local museum? Splurging for concert tickets? Enjoying a family day at your nearest amusement park?  Summers here in Southern California are long and hot and we’re always on the search for new ways to cool off or at least enjoy the warm sunshine in a creative way.

While I can think of a ton of things we can do right here in our home, outings give children a broader learning experience.  And of course, they’re fun!  But water parks and museums cost money.  Have you checked out Discounts4Fun? The site offers discounts on water parks, theme parks, animal parks, zoos, sporting events, dinner shows, and much more.  And what’s fabulous about the website is that you can find discounts specific to your geographic location by typing in your zip code.

If you’re SoCal centric, here are a few deals you may be interested in:

Wild Rivers: $7 off

Knott’s Berry Farm: 30% off (approx $40)

Pacific Park: 23% off (approx $17)

Pirate’s Dinner Adventure: 13-23% off

Newport Landing: 15-30% off

Just use the code RAPIDS2 for any of the above (and more)

For more discounts, just follow Discounts4Fun on Facebook/Twitter.

What are your summer plans?  I’d love to hear about them!
