Getting In Touch With My Inner Foodie! Published on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 by

Perhaps you’ve noticed how much I’ve been talking about food lately! My husband and I are total foodies.  We compliment each other nicely in that he is the “chef” and I am the “baker” in our household.  While I don’t originate my own recipes, my husband has and does.  He has created everything from Japanese Teppan to French Fondue.

In order to get in touch with my inner foodie (er….or something like that), I’ve decided to go to BlogHer Food in Atlanta.  According to the description of the conference, “bloggers from every walk of food blogging life will come together to network, share information, hone their craft, and of course, to EAT!”  I’m all over the eating part, particularly since I don’t know how much information I have to share versus how much information I’m hoping to glean from the real food bloggers! I’m very excited to hear Colette from Learning To Eat Allergy Free speak, to further gain some knowledge and tips for managing my son’s food allergies.

If you’re going to BlogHer Food, I’d love to catch up!  Just leave me a comment and I’ll email you….

I'm Going!

OH how I wish my husband was a “foodie’. he’s more of a “grillie” and thats about it. I am a crazy baker in our house too. If I dont my husband stalks the little debbie aisles. Have fun at the conference. I believe I heard it was going on now? Hope you bring back some great recipe ideas and new companies to showcase!
