Kroger’s CartBuster Savings Event *Giveaway* Published on Monday, February 28, 2011 by

There was a time when I shopped at 3-5 grocery stores a week, in search of the best deals across them all.  I’d gather all of the weekly circulars and make a plan to shop for the best deals with the coupons I had printed at each one.  In today’s economy, it’s prudent to make use of the free coupons provided by brands and stores.

Kroger, one of the nation’s largest grocery retailers in the country, is offering fabulous savings during the next two weeks.  Every day (from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST), through March 12th, you can visit Kroger’s website where they’ll give away 1000 items each day during their CartBuster Savings Event.  You can also download coupons for savings from more than 35 brands including General Mills, P & G, and Kroger Banner Brands.  Be sure to register for free on the site since the event is for Kroger Plus Members.

If you’re on Facebook, visit the company page to participate in their deal of the day promotion.  If you’re one of the first 1,000 people to click on the deal link, you’ll receive a free load-to-card coupon for the featured item of the day.

Even if you don’t have a Kroger in your area, be sure to check out the dozen or so brands under the umbrella company as you’ll likely find one in your area (i.e. in Southern California, the store is Ralph’s).
