I like to snack (and I probably do way too much of it, which is why I never lost all of my first pregnancy baby weight!). Chips and salsa are one of my favorite snacks. I like organic, low-salt blue corn tortilla chips with mild salsa! It's a relatively healthy snack and it curbs my appetite in between meals.

Earlier this year my son started preschool a few mornings a week. Mostly it was to get him involved socially rather than pushing him academically (he's only 2 1/2). Many companies are striving to ensure their products are eco-friendly, recognizing that families care as much about environmental impact as they do about quality. If I could outfit both of my children in clothing made from renewable, sustainable fabrics and dyes, I would. For now I'm content to purchase pieces here and there when we can.
