I remember shopping for Ralph Lauren on the sale racks at Nordstrom with my mom during high school.  The brand, to me, has always symbolized luxury, style, and class.  Because I don’t work in a profession that requires business attire, I don’t own many wardrobe pieces that would work well in an office setting.  But a pair of black pants can always be dressed up or down for nearly every occasion.

Ralph Lauren offers a variety of black pants that can be worn for casual and more professional occasions.  Their Sanderson pant features a classic trouser silhouette that sits straight on the hips below the natural waist with a fuller leg shape.  Their Adelle pant features a modern trouser that sits below the natural waist with a slim, straight leg for an elongated, flattering look.  I initially chose the Adelle pants, but they are not offered in petite sizes, which is a must for me.  I was actually quite pleased with the alternate, the Sanderson pants.

Every woman needs a nice pair of black pants that can be used for both casual and more formal situations.  The Sanderson pants are comfortable, stylish, and flattering. They feature a standard-rise waist, a sleek, hip straight leg, and are made from a polyester blend.
