I’m amazed that my three year old son can sit through live performances.  I’m passionate about offering both of my children fun, unique experiences.  In October, some of his favorite characters will be performing live on stage in Storytime Live!

Nickelodeon and Broadway Across America have partnered to bring Storytime Live! to Nokia Theatre L.A. Live and the Orange County Performing Arts Center in October.  The show has toured 70 cities across the country and is the first live family theatrical tour featuring characters from four top-rated preschool television shows.  Here is a short synopsis from the site:

Each segment of Storytime Live! takes kids and their families on a new and different adventure, whether its leaping into Fairytale Land with Dora and Sleeping Boots, journeying through Filthingham with The Backyardigans, hopping into Wonderland with the Wonder Pets! or jumping on clouds with Kai-lan and the Monkey King.

I showed my son this video clip and he’s particularly excited about seeing Dora and The Wonder Pets.  Storytime Live will play for one weekend at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live the weekend of October 16th and 17th and at the Orange County Performing Arts Center October 30th and 31st. Tickets are available now and can be purchased through the venue’s sites.
