When I met my husband 6 years ago, I immediately knew he was different. He walked me to my car the very first night we met. The rest is history. He grew up in the South where the pace of life is a bit slower and women are treated with dignity and respect. He still opens doors and offers his seat up.
This Mother’s Day, Dockers is showing moms that chivalry is not dead by asking men to Wear the Pants. One hundred khaki clad men will don the streets of New York and San Francisco this Sunday, May 9 from 10 am to 2 pm to conduct 10,000 chivalrous acts (25 per hour) including distributing roses, opening doors, helping to carry luggage, hailing taxis, and offering directions. What about Los Angeles? Hehe! Here are the exact locations:
New York City: Times Square, Bryant Park, Broadway Matinee Shows
San Francisco: Union Square, Ferry Building, Cow Hollow
Dockers wants to encourage all of the men out there to perform your own act of chivalry this Mother’s Day (hubby…are you reading this?).

I adore the Metro Pant in Coffee Bean..the waistband is so adorable and they look so comfy! I’d love for my husband to do “poo duty” in the backyard so I wouldn’t have to do it this weekend…we have 3 dogs and it’s always a miserable job to undertake.
