All About Baby: Organic Cottontail *Giveaway*

I am one of the first to admit that I just adore shopping for my kids. I don’t even bother shopping for myself anymore because it’s so much more fun to pick out smart threads for my 2 year old or pretty dresses for my newborn. For the most part, I purchase eco-friendly, all-natural products. But when it comes to clothing, I don’t always go this route, simply because they’re often more expensive and difficult to find.
I recently received a gorgeous Pure Essentials Organic Cotton Pima Layette Set for my baby shower. The first thing I noticed about it was that it’s super soft…perfect for a newborn babe’s delicate skin. The set includes a short sleeve bodysuit, hat, scratch mittens, and cuffed booties. Because our baby girl was born in the winter, we need to put pants over the bodysuit. But I imagine if you had a summer baby, a blanket would do just fine. The hat and bodysuit are embellished with an embroidered bunny (so cute!). The set comes in Baby Blue, Baby Pink, French Ecru, and Natural and available in sizes preemie through 6-12 months. The set is made from Peruvian Organic Cotton.
Organic Cottontail is a delightful site offering gorgeous, sustainable products for children. If I could afford to dress both my babies in organic clothing all the time I would. But the sets on the site make lovely baby shower gifts. The company does not use pesticides or other harmful chemicals in the manufacturing of their products. They only use natural organic dyes on their clothing.

I love the Hand Knitted Bumble Bee Booties.
The Blanket, Bunny, Hat and Coverall set is adorable! I wish it came in a cream set though, my best friends are pregnant and they aren’t going to find out the sex because they’d rather be surprised!
Assuming that my sister has a little girl, I would want the Blouse, footed pant and hat. It is so sweet!!! My little guy is too big for everything but the receiving blankets!
