Holiday Gift Guide 2009: Country Bob’s *Giveaway*

November 28, 2009 by Caryn

This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to Wendy M and Amanda!

For about a year, we’ve been using Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce, primarily on chicken.  It’s a quick, easy way to prepare all kinds of foods.  I am not fond of sauces with a lot of calories, sodium, fat, or cholesterol.  Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce is low in all of the above.  And it tastes really good.  We have yet to explore the different ways to use the sauce beyond meats and seafood.

Christmas_Specia_4af19c5db857f

As you think about holiday cooking, you may want to consider using one of the company’s sauces to give your seafood, poultry, or red meat a little spice and flare.  The site also includes various recipes which utilize their sauces in appetizers, side dishes, and entrees.

I wrote a complete review last year and a recap over the summer, highlighting my favorite aspects of the company.  Apart from their sauces and seasoning salts, they offer a variety of Christmas specials including gift packs and grill sets.  If you’re looking for a yummy, affordable gift, check out Country Bob’s.  At approximately $3.00 a bottle, you can even stuff them in stockings!

The company truly stands behind their product and right now you can try a bottle for free.  And…

cblogoWin It! Two of you will each win two bottles, courtesy of the company.  Simply leave me a comment with a recipe you found on the site you’d like to try.  Comments will close on December 13, 2009 at 10 PM PST. One comment per person, please (unless you do the extra credit). US residents only. Duplicates and comments not including the above information will be disqualified. Comments are moderated. If you don’t see your comment in a reasonable amount of time, send me an email. Bloggers and non-bloggers may enter. If you don’t want to leave your email address, please be sure to check back for my announcement on the winner. Please note that winners must respond within 48 hours of being announced/contacted or another winner will be drawn.
