Remember my review on Seal’s latest CD entitled Soul? Well…thanks to One2One I have a signed copy of Soul to give away to one luck reader! Seal recently appeared on PBS Soundstage but the concert will re-air throughout the month. If you’d like to check out what you missed, head on over to the site for airing dates.
Here is a summary of the concert that recently aired:
In a stunning performance, Seal evokes an era when music vividly captured emotion and romance. Joined by Foster, as well as a choir and string section, Seal takes on Ann Pebbles’ “I Can’t Stand the Rain,” Sam Cooke’s “A Change Is Gonna Come” and Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes’ “If You Don’t Know Me By Now.”

I believe my favorite may be I’ve Been Loving You Too Long, although If You Don’t KNow Me By NOw and A Change Is Coming is very very good, too. Oh heck, I just like them all . I actually went to Walmart Saturday to buy this and they didn’t have any Seal at all. I asked how do you have all these Snoop Dog and no Seal? The guy just gave me a blank stare. thanks for sharing
